Why might KKBD ask you to verify your account? Casino brands usually want to confirm who you are, that you are an adult and that the payment wallet is yours. We could not see KKBD's own rules without an account, so this page describes the general pattern and tells you to read the instructions on KKBD's own screens.
What is verification for?
Three jobs. It confirms you are 18 or older, it links one real person to one account, and it checks that the wallet or bank receiving a payout belongs to that person. It protects the brand from fraud, but it also protects you if someone steals your login. Without it, a payout could go to the wrong place.
Which documents are typically asked for?
Often a government ID, sometimes a selfie, and sometimes proof that you control the payment wallet, such as a screenshot of the wallet profile with the number visible. We did not confirm which of these KKBD asks for. When it asks, the request appears inside its own site or app.
Whatever KKBD asks for, give only what the request lists, and no more. If a screen asks for something unrelated to your identity or wallet, such as your contacts or an online banking password, close it and ask the help chat whether the request is real.
How do you prepare?
Use your real name and date of birth at sign-up, as in the register guide. Keep clear photos of your document, with all corners visible and no glare. Use a wallet in your own name so the payout name matches, as explained in the withdrawal guide.
Where should you never send documents?
Not in a group chat, not to a person who says they are support, and not through a link in an advert. A real request comes inside KKBD's own site or app, which you open yourself. If an agent asks for a photo of your ID on a messaging app, stop. Our contact page shows how to find genuine help.
What if verification fails?
Read the message. Typical reasons are blurry images, details that do not match the account, or an expired document. Resubmit with the fix, and avoid creating a second account to get around it; see the blog on duplicate accounts.
Keep copies of what you uploaded and the date, so you can show them later if a question arises. If you gave a wrong detail by mistake, tell the help chat early instead of hoping nobody notices; a quick correction is far better than a rejected payout.
